Our first 2022 Small Batch Select Bourbon Batch! Aged 3.5 Years, this bourbon is sourced from the OZ Tyler/Green River Distillery in Kentucky where it spent the first 3 years of its life maturing into the full bodied Bourbon that drew us to this particular production run.

At 99-Proof (44.5% ABV.) our Small Batch Bourbon brings all of the traditional bourbon flavors to the table – Vanilla, Caramel, Baking Spice, Honey – to make for a greater sipper whether neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

The return of a NEBCo. Favorite!

In 2023 we plan to release another series of Stout Finished Single Barrel Bourbons in collaboration with Lord Hobo.

We figured what better way to start it off than with barrel 18-02 which is sure to be a crowd pleaser with its rounded profile complete with hints of chocolate and caramel that play well with the baking spices and slight oak that this barrel presents.

James, our President and Founder, is at it again and has sourced some amazing barrels of 100% Canadian Rye. Barrel #4985 met his exacting standard and promises to be a special pour.

At 132.2 proof this barrel drinks below it alcohol content while providing a hybrid profile – the spicy notes you would expert from a cold weather rye coupled with vanilla cream, light citrus, and an amazingly long finish.

ABV: 66.1%

The sister barrel of the “Best Single Barrel Bourbon (<10 years)”  @ the 2023 New York Wine & Spirits Competition. A 6 year Straight Bourbon which has been bottled at 123 Proof (Cask Strength) and non-chill filtered.
