Small Batch: Rye
Description
At 100-Proof (50.0% ABV.) our Small Batch: Rye brings s trike the perfect balance between vintage Pennsylvania/Maryland ryes of years past and the more modern rye whiskies of today.
When poured you should experience a bouquet of candied fruit (stone and citrus).
This profile is present on both the nose and palate; it is then joined by a finish that lingers, inviting the next sip.

Single Barrel Releases
Stouted Bourbon
Description
The return of a NEBCo. Favorite!
In 2023 we plan to release another series of Stout Finished Single Barrel Bourbons in collaboration with Lord Hobo.
We figured what better way to start it off than with barrel 18-02 which is sure to be a crowd pleaser with its rounded profile complete with hints of chocolate and caramel that play well with the baking spices and slight oak that this barrel presents.

12 Year Canadian Rye
Description
At 132.2 proof this barrel drinks below it alcohol content while providing a hybrid profile – the spicy notes you would expert from a cold weather rye coupled with vanilla cream, light citrus, and an amazingly long finish.
